Human Resources Administrative Specialist
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
1. Support the Europe HRBP in end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and day-to-day HR administration.
2. Act as a key contact for employee inquiries, support employee relations, and contribute to a positive employee experience.
3. Coordinate employee benefits, engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and internal events.
4. Provide general office and administrative support, including vendor coordination, office management, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as needed.
5. Support local HR and Admin projects and ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
1. 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or a related role.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) and German
3. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
5. Valid authorization to work in Germany.
