OF POSITION
This positionprovidesa wide range of administrative and customer service support for the Human Resources Department in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities, coordinating schedules and communications,maintainingconfidential records, supporting employee programs, and helping deliver exceptional service to employees and the public.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma
Two (2) years of experience in an office setting
Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Valid driver’s license
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Human Resources experience
Experience working with confidential or sensitive information
Experience working in the public sector,dealing withrecords management andpublic records requests.
Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
