Job Description

Responsibilities

• Support HR administration and maintain employee records and personnel files.
• Assist with employees' onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and collection.
• Prepare, organize, scan, file, and update HR-related paperwork and databases.
• Support HR team implement company's and HR/ Administrative policies and procedures.
• Occasionally back up the Receptionist during leave periods, including greeting visitors, receiving documents, and handling basic front desk duties (not regularly).
• Other assigned tasks by Manager.

Requirements:

• Junior/ Senior student (NOT fresh graduated and still be student for at least 6 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months (COMPULSORY), 1-2 off-sessions per week for the study is acceptable.
• Candidates wishing to practice in the Human Resources industry, priority who can go to work immediately
• Good English skills (especially listening & writing)
• Good MS Office skills (focus on Excel)
• Background in Business/ Logistics/ HR is preferable
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willing to learn and able to handle administrative tasks
• Responsible, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality
• CAN-DO attitude and hard-working

Working time: 08:00 AM to 05:30 PM, from Monday to Friday

Working location: 08th Floor, E.town-5 Building , 364 Cong Hoa, Ward 13, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City
