Job Description


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

  • Oversee employee relations and address grievances or workplace issues professionally

  • Support performance management processes including goal-setting and appraisals

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies

  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation

  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs

  • Assist in training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities

  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR procedures and best practices


    • Requirements


    • Strong experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Knowledge of Employee Relations and handling workplace concerns

  • Familiarity with Performance Management frameworks and evaluation tools

  • Solid understanding of Labor Laws & Compliance requirements

  • Proficiency in HRIS and Payroll Systems
