Job Category: Human ResourcesThe Human Resources Operations Summer Internship provides students with comprehensive exposure to the day-to-day functions of a full-service HR department within a large hospitality organization. This internship is designed as an immersive learning experience where interns work alongside HR professionals to understand how payroll, employee relations, safety compliance, onboarding, and workforce development operate in a real-world environment.
Interns are treated as developing HR professionals and will gain practical insight into operational processes, professional communication, and organizational support functions that contribute to a positive employee experience.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university or recently graduated (within the past 12 months)
- Pursuing or holding a degree focused in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Business Administration with an HR concentration, Organizational Development, or a closely related field
- Demonstrated interest in Human Resources operations and workplace development
- Ability and willingness to deliver presentations and engage in professional public speaking
- Comfortable communicating information clearly to groups and individuals
- Strong professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative HR environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar business software preferred
