Job Description

1. Be responsible for a complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing and selection, candidate presentation, interview arrangement and offer management until the candidate on board successfully.
2. Support departments to develop and review JDs whenever necessary and ensure all JDs are ready and up-to-date.
3. Be responsible for updating and maintaining of employees’ data to support relevant data analysis reports.
4. Maintain an understanding of the local market to increase the value of the recruitment process.
5. Coordinate with Corporate/ region on the define projects and programs.

6.Support to establish the long-term relationship with technical schools/universities, websites and labor markets to support the recruitment.

1. Other assignments and coordination upon request.

Requirements

1. University education or equivalent.
2. 1-3 years’ experience in recruitment field with good track record, experience in logistics/freight forwarding industry MNCs is preferred.
3. Ability to maintain highly confidential information of HR as well as company at all times .
4. Good written and spoken English skill.
5. Good command of PC skills: word, excel, PPT, email and internet etc.
6. Efficient, diligent, strong communication skill.
7. Can work under pressure.
