
We’re seeking an HR professional with strong employee relations expertise who can partner with leaders and team members to navigate policies, procedures, and workplace challenges with clarity and sound judgment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring consistent policy interpretation, timely responses to concerns, and balanced, effective resolution of employee relations matters.
In this role, you’ll conduct investigations, coach leaders on performance and conduct issues, identify trends across your assigned regions, and support retention efforts. You’ll also prepare unemployment claim responses and deliver training on harassment prevention, diversity and inclusion, professionalism, and workplace violence.

This position is responsible for the following duties: day-to-day employee relations consulting with management and staff, routine and complex investigation and resolution of workplace issues and related special projects including education and departmental intervention assessment; and administer personnel policies including Employee Relations, Training and Development, Recruitment, Benefits Administration, FMLA and other special projects.
