Work Schedule: Hybrid schedule with 4 days in office and 1 day remote

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Prepare and manage offer letters, including internal approvals, extensions, and acceptances.
• Coordinate background checks, MVRs, and DOT screenings.
• Monitor and respond to shared inboxes in a timely and professional manner.
• Book travel arrangements for candidates and recruiting team members as needed.
• Manage and audit employee and candidate profiles in HRIS and ATS systems.
• Perform onboarding audits and ensure compliance with Oracle onboarding tasks.
• Track and report on department metrics, including hiring data, referrals, and conversion status.
• Collaborate with Office Managers to ensure onboarding tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Process invoices and other administrative documentation.
• Support special projects and perform various administrative tasks to support the HR Department.
• Other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms (Oracle and iCIMS preferred).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
