Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support HR and administrative staff across assigned client sites in the Meru region, ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and practices.
Provide day-to-day leadership to site teams, guiding them on HR processes, conflict resolution, and performance expectations.
Act as the bridge between Bridge Talent HQ and client sites, ensuring smooth communication, reporting, and alignment of people initiatives.
Manage workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes across client sites to ensure talent needs are met.
Monitor staff performance, provide coaching and guidance, and escalate disciplinary matters when necessary.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance within the teams you supervise.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, client policies, and Bridge Talent standards across all supervised sites.
Generate periodic HR reports and insights for both HQ and client management, highlighting trends and recommending solutions.
Support employee engagement initiatives that enhance retention, productivity, and overall business impact.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (CHRP or HR certification is an added advantage).
Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or regional role.
Proven experience in end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Strong understanding of Kenyan labor laws, HR policies, and outsourcing best practices.
Experience supporting multi-site operations will be a strong advantage
