ry:
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs at the group level.
Departmental manpower planning and budgeting.
Requisition management & Coordination with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Formulating JD & analyzing job requirements.
Sourcing of potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
Management & introduction of talent pool bank for all unique positions, Assist Line Manager with Finding and maintaining sourcing partners.
Assisting Line manager to requisition management & Coordination with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, assisting line manager to manage Applicant Tracking System.
Assessment of candidates through different tests such as job function, Language proficiency, Psychometric, IQ, EIQ etc.
Conducting Interviews and Maintaining Feedback from business managers.
Managing onboarding process including offer, Employee contract, Recruitment Kit, Employee Code Generation, Logistics Support.
Managing onboarding proves of contractual/ Intern / Temporary employees to permanent position.
Adherence to policies and procedure.
Managing Employee Engagement activities such as corporate dinner, lunch, sports events etc.
Participation in job fairs and recruitment events/seminars etc.
Qualification & Experience:
BBA/MBA in HR
2 to 4 Years of experience required
