As a Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives. You will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, recruitment processes, and performance appraisal systems to ensure a productive and compliant workplace.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Address employee demands and grievances to bridge management and employee relations.
Oversee recruitment and selection to attract and retain top talent.
Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
Ensure compliance with legal HR standards and regulations.
Monitor and refine HR strategies, systems, and procedures throughout the organisation.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive in a financial or fintech setting.
Strong knowledge of HR metrics and ability to manage HR systems.
In-depth understanding of labour law and HR best practices.
Experience with HR software, such as HRIS or ATS.
Excellent English and Russian language skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; HR certification is advantageous.
