Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:

Ensure adherence to labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
