Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for manufacturing roles, partnering with management to identify staffing needs.
• Employee Relations: Promote a positive workplace culture and effectively resolve employee issues.
• Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, supporting managers in development conversations.
• Training & Development: Assess training needs and oversee safety training programs to ensure compliance.
• Compensation & Benefits: Administer competitive compensation packages and benefits programs.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
