Are you passionate about people and eager to kickstart your career in Human Resources? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our team across a wide range of HR functions. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes

• Assist in policy documentation and HR projects, including performance management activities

• Help maintain employee records, HR files, HRIS data entry and updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Support employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR operations

• Provide support in preparing and coordinating payroll, tax, insurance administration

• Contribute to recruitment activities such as job postings, interview coordination, and candidate experience

What we're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

• Strong attention to detail, organized, and proactive

• Familiar with integrating AI tools to optimize workflows and efficiency.

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Canva.

• Good communication skills and a team player mindset

• Comfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment

• Curious and willing to learn across different areas of HR

• Able to commit to working at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 6 months
