The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Manager is responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and supporting Volare Health’s HR technology platforms. This role leads the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR systems to enhance operational efficiency and deliver an exceptional employee experience. The HRIS Analyst partners closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT teams to ensure system integrity, integration, and scalability.

Lead the ongoing evaluation, enhancement, and scalability of HRIS platforms in alignment with organizational goals
Own and manage the HRIS roadmap, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new technology implementations
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and implement functional solutions
Serve as HR lead for HRIS implementations, including testing, configuration, security administration, reporting, and post-go-live optimization
Manage system integrations across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance platforms
Coordinate, prioritize, and manage requests for system enhancements and process improvements
Mentor and coach HR team members to strengthen HRIS knowledge and configuration best practices
Develop, document, and maintain HRIS workflows to support efficiency and compliance
Support HRIS reporting tools, including ad hoc reporting, user training, and ongoing administration
Provide technical support and training for HR end users across recruitment, performance management, and document management systems
Actively identify and resolve system issues and opportunities to improve the user experience
Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and project stakeholders regarding HRIS initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field (healthcare or skilled-nursing experience preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of HR or HRIS experience
Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
Proficiency with HR systems; ADP experience required
Knowledge of SmartLinx preferred but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain regular attendance and meet all health requirements as required by law
