Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist with recruitment, job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding, orientation, and required employment documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of I-9 forms and new-hire paperwork.
• Maintain employee files and ensure all documentation is properly organized.

Training & Employee Development

• Coordinate new-hire orientation and required employee trainings.
• Assist with tracking mandatory training and policy acknowledgments.
• Support employee recognition programs and hotel engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Hospitality or hotel industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with ADP or other HRIS/payroll systems preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
