Company Background:

We are representing a well-known client in the hospitality industry seeking a proactive Human Resource Executive The ideal candidate will have solid HR experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting HR operations, employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Assist with candidate screening, reference checks, and issuing offer letters/contracts
• Conduct staff orientations and maintain up-to-date employee records (digital and hard copy)
• Support monthly payroll preparation by ensuring accurate and timely data submission
• Organize and coordinate staff training, seminars, and development activities
• Maintain HR calendars, schedule interviews, meetings, and HR events
• Respond to internal and external HR-related queries professionally and promptly
• Serve as the main point of contact for employee communication and issue resolution
• Assist in performance management processes and tracking
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and resort standards
• Produce HR-related reports and assist with general HR administrative tasks
• Process staff terminations and handle related documentation
• Stay updated on current HR trends and best practices
• Work closely with department heads to support staffing and operational needs

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Human Resources or related field
• At least 1-2 years of HR experience.
  
• Willing to work to Kajang, Selangor.
• Posses own transport
• 
  Good understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and other business tools.
• 
  Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
