Requirements
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Identify, evaluate, and shortlist candidates for diverse positions.
Arrange interviews, negotiate employment offers, and oversee the process from offer acceptance to joining.
Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and completion of documentation.
HR Operations & Data Management
Maintain employee records, update HRIS, and manage HR databases.
Supervise attendance and leave tracking.
Keep recruitment and HR trackers and dashboards up to date.
Compile regular MIS reports for management review.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Develop and implement employee engagement programs.
Address employee questions and grievances, escalating issues when necessary.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and assist in their enforcement.
Payroll & Compliance
Handle complete payroll data input and coordinate with finance for salary disbursement.
Support statutory documentation and compliance processes.
Manage full and final settlements, conduct exit interviews, and process exit formalities.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Liaise with consultants, agencies, and external vendors.
Work collaboratively with internal departments to fulfill HR needs and implement initiatives.
