1. Strategic HR Leadership

Develop and implement comprehensive human capital strategies aligned with the University’s academic mission and long-term institutional goals.

Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on HR policies, talent strategies, and organizational capability development.

Lead strategic HR initiatives that transform HR practices to ensure operational excellence and strengthen institutional performance.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Lead the University’s global talent acquisition strategy to attract world-class faculty, researchers, and professional staff

Develop and implement strategic workforce planning, headcount planning aligned with academic expansion and institutional priorities

Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent pipelines for key academic, administrative and leadership positions, ensure the selection process compliance with the highest ethical standards

Strengthen the University’s employer branding to position VinUniversity as a globally respected academic institution

Build and implement succession plan and talent development for critical positions of the University
