As the Human Resource Director at International SOS (Phils.), Inc, you will lead and oversee all strategic and operational human resource initiatives across the Manila site. • Developing and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier healthcare and administrative professionals.
• Leading the design and execution of employee engagement programs that foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
• Overseeing performance management systems, ensuring goal alignment, continuous feedback, and professional development opportunities for all staff.
• Collaborating with senior leadership to align human resource strategies with long-term business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Ensuring adherence to local labor laws and international employment standards, mitigating risks through effective policy formulation and enforcement.
• Directing organizational development initiatives including leadership development, succession planning, and workforce planning to sustain business growth.
• Managing compensation and benefits programs competitively to maintain employee satisfaction and retention.
• Providing expert guidance and coaching to management and employees on complex HR issues, conflict resolution, and change management processes.
