
Required:
• Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Human Resources area
• Knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, federal and state employment laws
• Problem diagnosis experience, including organization change management, human capital planning and employee relations
• Facilitation skills
• Basic business acumen that includes general operational processes, financial management and business planning knowledge
• Strong ability to partner and build credibility at all levels
• Strong problem solving skills
• Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on all people-related matters.
• Translate business strategies into effective HR strategies, programs, and initiatives.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, development, performance management, engagement, and offboarding.
• Provide guidance and solutions on employee relations and industrial relations matters.
• Drive the implementation of performance management, talent management, and succession planning processes.
• Support workforce planning, manpower analysis, and organizational design initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
• Address and resolve HR-related issues that may impact employee morale, productivity, and business performance.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to support informed, data-driven decision-making.
