Location: Oregon Market (Hybrid)
Schedule: On-site 4 days/week at assigned facilities
Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 annually (DOE)
Volare Health is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner / HR Generalist to support multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the Oregon market. This hybrid role blends strategic HR partnership with hands-on HR operations and compliance support in a fast-paced, multi-site healthcare environment.
Partner with facility and senior leadership on employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Lead workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary review
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and CBAs
Conduct HR audits (personnel files, I-9s, training, background checks)
Support HR operations including ADP reporting, data accuracy, PTO tracking, and job descriptions
Collaborate with Recruiting, Benefits, and Payroll teams
Support employee engagement initiatives, training, and culture efforts
Travel regularly to assigned facilities for on-site HR support
5+ years of HR experience; healthcare or long-term care experience required
Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment law
ADP experience required; HRIS proficiency preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
SHRM/HRCI certification preferred
Ability to thrive in a multi-site, 24/7 healthcare environment
