The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supports the essential services provided by the Human Resources Department to create an environment that fosters competency, self-development and continued learning to support KHI’s mission and vision. The HRBP provides Human Resources support across designated business units to include, but not limited to, areas of employee relations, performance management, policies and procedures and employee engagement. The HRBP handles all employee relations issues in areas of responsibility including but not limited to reviewing/approving performance improvement plans, performance management, and handling complaints all the way through resolution.
·Partners directly with leaders and generate solutions to their people and organizational challenges; builds partnerships with management by identifying human resource solutions that support the current and future needs of KHI, including assisting in department restructures, organizational design, and succession planning; works with management, peers, and other HR colleagues to ensure consistency across the organization relating to policies and/or practices.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience: Two (2) years of experience in HR in addition to above degree;
OR Five (5) years of experience as an HR Business Partner, Associate HR Business Partner, or Generalist in lieu of degree.
