具体的には、採用、組織変更、パフォーマンス評価、後継者計画、企業文 化の浸透、労務管理、人件費管理、その他部門のニーズに沿って、HR サー ビスの提案・実行など。
現地立ち上げメンバーの一員として、日々の HRBP 業務の他、新規人事 施策立案・導入を推進することが可能。始めはプレイングマネジャーとしてス タートし、ゆくゆくは数名の部下を率いることが求められ、共に先進的な工 場・職場を目指していただける方の応募をお待ちしております。
工場について：小貝川や筑波山を望む立地で下妻市の南東部に位置し ます。本事務棟が竣工次第、食堂・保育園・ジム・カンパニーストアを完備 し、従業員の就業環境評価認定制度の WELL 認証も取得予定です。週 5 日稼働 3 組 3 交替制を採用し、フラットな工場組織構成で現場を中 心として製造体制を構想しています。
