Talent Acquisition :

  • Take full ownership of hiring across all levels (junior to leadership) and functions.
  • Lead and drive hiring closures with high business impact, while partnering closely with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the HR Manager and senior leadership on talent strategy, market intelligence, and hiring risks.
  • Challenge and coach hiring manager to enhance role clarity, improve interview effectiveness and strength hiring decisions.
  • Translate business goals into actionable hiring roadmaps with defined timelines and measurable outcomes.

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Partner with HR leadership to design and roll out training interventions aligned to business capability gaps.
  • Support in organizing workshops, leadership programs, and skill development sessions.
  • Track participation and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Gain exposure to L&D strategy development and implementation.

HR Business Partnering and employee relations

  • Coach managers and new managers to build leadership skills and align with organizational goals.
  • Help create a culture of trust, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Share inputs on talent gaps and development needs to support business plans.
  • Work closely with the HR Manager on talent management activities.
  • Drive employee engagement actions based on survey results.
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve them within timelines to ensure smooth operations.
  • Act as custodian of the POSH committee and ensure a safe, harassment‑free workplace.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, with exposure across:
    • Talent Acquisition (end-to-end recruitment)
    • HR Business Partnering and employee relations
    • Learning & Development coordination/support
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle hiring across multiple functions and levels
  • Experience partnering with business leaders and influencing hiring decisions
  • Exposure to fast-paced, matrixed or multinational environments (preferred)
  • Prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, manufacturing, or regulated industries is a plus
  • Working knowledge of India labor laws and compliance frameworks (including POSH)
  • Ability to translate workforce needs into structured hiring plans and execution roadmaps
  • Foundational understanding of learning program design and evaluation
  • Experience handling employee relations matters and grievance resolution
  • Familiarity with HR systems (Workday preferred) and data tracking/reporting
  • Ability to interpret talent market insights and advise business leaders
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels
  • High degree of ownership and accountability; ability to operate independently
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in ambiguous environments
  • High integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive matters
