  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, with a strong understanding of payroll-related processes.
  • Liaise with the Hong Kong Law Society and other regulatory bodies as required, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation across the region.
  • Prepare and analyse HR metrics and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably within a professional services or legal environment.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and experience working with payroll teams.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and graduate recruitment, with a track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong employment law and experience liaising with the Hong Kong Law Society is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken business English. Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Whats on Offer:

  • The opportunity to work with a leading international law firm in a dynamic and supportive environment.
  • A competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Professional development opportunities and the chance to contribute to the firms global HR strategy.
