Human Capital Task Lead

Location: Onsite - Washington, DC

Clearance: No active clearance required; TS/SCI preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Salary: $94,500 - $128,250

We are seeking an experienced Human Capital Task Lead to lead support for a federal client's recruiting logistics, onboarding, workforce records, competency development, and organizational change. This individual will coordinate workforce services with client HR and the analytics and learning teams to address workforce needs and maintain service quality.

The successful candidate will direct staff assignments, coordinate workforce-support activities, monitor service quality, and resolve operational issues. Responsibilities include coordinating with client HR on recruiting logistics, onboarding, workforce records, and workforce planning support; working with analytics and learning teams on workforce needs, competency development, and organizational change; and ensuring sensitive personnel information is handled appropriately.

Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. We are currently seeking qualified candidates to include in our proposal for an upcoming government contract. Applicants selected may be contacted for further steps if the contract is awarded.

Responsibilities:

• Direct staff assignments and coordinate workforce-support activities for a federal client.
• Coordinate with client HR on recruiting logistics, onboarding, workforce records, and workforce planning support.
• Work with analytics and learning teams to address workforce needs, support competency development, and coordinate organizational change activities.
• Monitor workforce-service quality and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure sensitive personnel information is handled appropriately.

Minimum Requirements:

• U. S. citizen
• Experience in federal workforce support and coordination with client HR
• Experience supporting recruiting logistics, onboarding, workforce records, and workforce planning
• Ability to direct staff assignments, coordinate workforce services, resolve operational issues, manage service quality, and protect sensitive personnel information

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant bachelor's degree or permitted equivalent
• 8 or more years of relevant human capital or workforce-support experience, including at least 3 years leading teams or workstreams
