Accepting applications for Human Capital Management Senior Analyst
What will you do?
Serves as the DODD Human Resource Data Coordinator by collaborating with the Human Resources Manager to collect, compile & analyze HR data, metrics & statistics from a variety of sources (e.g., OAKS Business Intelligence, management & employee surveys, exit interviews ) other sources. Analyze HR data & statistics for trends & patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation & turnover.
Assists DODD New Employee Orientation Coordinator by assisting with developing/redesigning, implementing & delivering orientation for Central Office new hires to align with agency mission, vision & goals. Assists with Identifying innovative & creative ways to onboard new employees. Update & maintain orientation folders (i.e., policies & forms) & videos in collaboration with DODD Communications Office. Provides clear communication over policies & procedures.
Provides technical assistance & advice as directed to DCs & Central Office staff regarding use of laws, rules & directives for processing personnel transactions (e.g., ePARS, PDs, etc.).

3 yrs. exp. in human resources.
-Or completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration; 12 mos. exp. in human resources.
-Or 1 yr. exp. as Human Capital Management Analyst, 64612.
-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.

Hourly wage will be paid at step 1, unless otherwise specified by collective bargaining agreement or rules outlined in the ORC/OAC.
May require travel throughout State of Ohio & may require overnight stay. Must be willing & able to secure a Driver License OR supply your own transportation.
