Join a mission-critical team! The Ohio Adjutant General’s Department is seeking applications for two (2) Human Capital Management Senior Analysts. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to the operational readiness and safety of our facilities, supporting the men and women who protect our communities and the State of Ohio. We are seeking (2) dedicated Human Resources Specialists to manage full-cycle recruitment, conduct employee relations investigations, and handle position classifications. This role ensures workforce compliance, supports organizational readiness through training facilitation and performance management, and adheres strictly to State of Ohio policies. Proficiency in OAKS/Taleo and OnBase is required to drive talent acquisition and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, utilizing OAKS/Taleo for applicant tracking and hiring processes.
  • Employee Relations: Conduct comprehensive investigations and provide guidance on policy interpretation and compliance.
  • Position Management: Perform classification studies and maintain accurate, compliant position descriptions.
  • HR Operations: Facilitate training sessions, oversee performance management cycles, and ensure adherence to state regulations.
  • Documentation: Utilize OnBase for electronic record management and workforce compliance.

Qualifications

3 yrs. exp. in human resources.

-Or completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration; 12 mos. exp. in human resources.

-Or 1 yr. exp. as Human Capital Management Analyst, 64612.

-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
