Job Purpose:
We are seeking for a dynamic and proactive Human Capital Coordinator to join our Human Capital team. The successful candidate will contribute to the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll administration, employee engagement, benefits management and HR projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the department for day-to-day Human Capital activities, ensuring accurate employee records and HC documentation
• Assist with payroll administration, reporting, and the coordination of performance management processes in line with company policies and statutory requirements
• Deliver timely and professional support to employees, candidates, and internal stakeholders while maintaining a high level of service and confidentiality
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, including job advertisements, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and induction arrangements
• Support hiring managers by assisting with staffing requirements, maintaining recruitment records, and updating job descriptions
• Administer employee benefits, including medical insurance, pension schemes, and uniform management
• Support employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and Human Capital projects that enhance the employee experience
• Coordinate & contribute to the deployment and implementation of Human Capital projects/initiatives
• Produce dashboard and reports and ensure figures are accurate and up to date
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in Human Resources
• Dynamic, proactive, reliable and results-oriented
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented, process-driven and solution-focused
