Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

A consulting-minded manager with at least 6 years of relevant experience in consulting, HR advisory or reward-related transformation. Experience in workforce transformation, AI-enabled HR transformation or Total Rewards will be a strong advantage;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex business challenges, identify opportunities and propose pragmatic solutions independently;
A proven ability to develop client relationships, contribute to business development, build market visibility and grow a professional network in HR and reward topics;
Experience leading project teams, coaching junior colleagues and taking ownership of project delivery from planning through execution;
Solid project management experience, ideally gained on larger consulting or transformation projects involving multiple stakeholders;
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI, analytics tools or other digital solutions is welcome;
Confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders, including C-level clients, and the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations;
Strong business acumen, curiosity and motivation to shape the future of work, rewards and HR transformation;
A university degree;
Excellent Czech and business English, as you will work with both local and international clients.

Your future role

Lead high-impact consulting projects for clients across Workforce Transformation, Total Rewards, HR transformation, digital HR, talent management, change management and process optimisation;
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them make better people-related decisions and design reward and HR solutions that support their business strategy;
Work with a diverse portfolio of clients, from leading market players and international organisations to ambitious family businesses;
Translate client data, market insights and survey results into compelling analyses, recommendations and practical implementation plans;
Prepare senior-level presentations and proposals that combine strong content, clear storytelling and excellent visual quality;
Lead and motivate project teams, support junior colleagues and collaborate closely with partners, directors and client stakeholders;
Contribute to business development by identifying client needs, shaping proposals and helping expand our Human Capital consulting practice.
