
Qualification:
a) Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Material, Civil, Structural, or Subsea Engineering from a university
b) Minimum 10 years of experience in production facility topside construction and installation, with at least 8 years in a supervisory role in upstream oil & gas facilities
c) Strong background in construction engineering, including welding fabrication, installation, NDT, PWHT activities, and structural design
d) Experience with safety regulations, permit to work (PTW), and compliance with local and international safety, health, and environmental standards
e) Experienced in using pressurized habitats during hot work in brownfield areas and familiar with ITR-A, ITR-B, and PTW (HOT/COLD) processes
f) Experience in reviewing and applying relevant codes and standards such as AWS D1.1, API, SNI, and other related codes
g) Hold certifications in welding, NDT, painting, corrosion, or lifting (e.g., CSWIP, IWE, BGAS, NACE, LEEA, ASNT)
