Role brief

We are looking for a HubSpot Technical & Web Developer to design, build, and optimise websites and web-based solutions within the HubSpot ecosystem.

This is a hands-on role focused on delivering scalable, high-performing digital solutions, while working closely with cross-functional teams across development, marketing, and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HubSpot websites, templates, modules, and features
• Build responsive, high-quality web solutions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Translate business and client requirements into functional technical solutions
• Support integrations between HubSpot and other systems or platforms
• Maintain and enhance reusable code libraries to improve team efficiency
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimise solutions to ensure performance and usability
• Stay current with HubSpot capabilities, web technologies, and best practice
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support successful delivery

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years’ experience in HubSpot development or similar CMS platforms
• Experience building HubSpot templates, modules, or websites
• Strong front-end development skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as HubSpot or WordPress
• Solid understanding of web development fundamentals including responsiveness and performance
• Exposure to API integrations and general back-end concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional team

Nice to haves

• HubSpot certifications
• Experience with CRM workflows, marketing automation, or integrations
• Understanding of SEO and web performance optimisation
• Experience working with global or distributed teams
