Job Description

CureMD is seeking an experienced HubSpot Specialist (3–5 years of experience) to lead the management, automation, and optimization of our HubSpot CRM ecosystem. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations, driving data-driven growth through CRM excellence. You will oversee HubSpot governance, analytics, integrations, and automation while leading CRM enhancement initiatives, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize lead management, sales pipeline performance, and marketing effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end automation and optimization of HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
  • Build and maintain advanced workflows and integrations to improve lead flow, funnel conversion, and pipeline visibility.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams to optimize lead management, funnel conversion, and pipeline performance.
  • Manage HubSpot integrations with third-party platforms and troubleshoot data synchronization issues.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy, consistency, and governance through regular audits.
  • Develop and maintain CRM governance standards, documentation, and compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM).
  • Design and implement lead scoring models, lifecycle tracking, attribution reporting, and performance analytics.
  • Create and maintain real-time dashboards and reports to guide leadership decision-making.
  • Serve as the technical lead for CRM enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, implementation, testing, user acceptance, and adoption.
  • Collaborate with Development and cross-functional stakeholders to support CRM enhancements and system optimization initiatives.
  • Create training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), best practices, and user documentation.
  • Serve as the HubSpot Subject Matter Expert (SME) by training, mentoring, and supporting junior CRM Administrators and business users.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve CRM processes, automation, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 3–5 years of advanced hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, including workflow automation, reporting, and CRM administration.
  • Proven expertise in automation design, reporting, lead lifecycle management, and funnel analytics.
  • Strong understanding of CRM governance, data hygiene, attribution reporting, and CRM best practices.
  • Experience with HubSpot integrations, APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Clay, or similar platforms) is preferred. HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub and Sales Hub) are preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate CRM data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and mentoring skills.
