We’re looking for a Product Owner to take end-to-end ownership of our Sales and Marketing CRM application (HubSpot) used across multiple markets. You’ll work hands-on with an internal team of CRM functional consultants to deliver product solutions to support our growth objectives. You will take a leadership role for our CRM product strategy, ensuring that we maximise the value of the product.
This role sits close to both technology and the business. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation and work directly with Sales & Marketing teams within both our OpCos and at Market level. If you enjoy working with business stakeholders to maximise the impact from modern SaaS CRM tools and unlocking the power of data, this role offers real ownership and impact.
Responsibilities
Product ownership – own the roadmap on behalf of the business stakeholders and drive product direction end to end
Product leadership & vision – contribute to long-term platform evolution, including automation and AI. Ensure that the full capabilities of the product are leveraged.
Backlog & prioritisation – manage and prioritise the backlog based on impact, data, and strategy
User stories – write clear, actionable user stories and detailed specifications
Customer focus – represent user needs across internal stakeholders
Agile delivery – work closely with the engineering team in an Agile setup
Data-led decisions – use analytics and feedback to optimise product performance
User validation – validate solutions through research, testing, and iteration
Market awareness – track competitors and industry trends
You’re a product-driven, commercially aware Product Owner who enjoys moving fast while building things the right way. You’re comfortable working close to developers, navigating technical discussions, and making clear trade-offs. You thrive in scale-up environments where ownership, pace, and collaboration matter. Experience working in an international or multi-market setup is a strong advantage.
CRM Product Owner background – proven experience with SaaS CRM platforms supporting Sales & Marketing teams (HubSpot experience an advantage)
Technical understanding – strong grasp of SaaS CRM platforms, data models, and integrations.
Agile experience – hands-on experience with Agile ways of working
Product execution – ability to break down complex problems into clear user stories
Stakeholder communication – confident communicator with strong organisational skills
International exposure – experience working in an international environment is a strong plus
It’s a plus if you have domain experience – property or block management or lettings or property sales systems.
It’s a plus if you are experienced in our tech stack - HubSpot, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma
