Who we are

Brivity VA, a brand of PLACE, is seeking a technical, execution-focused HubSpot Implementation Specialist to turn data architecture designs into reality. In this role, you will partner directly with our lead architect, taking their structural blueprints, data models, and workflow designs and building them flawlessly within HubSpot.

We are looking for a HubSpot-first builder who thrives on execution. You don't need to reinvent the wheel—you just need to know exactly how to build it perfectly, audit it for bugs, and ensure our data remains pristine. Direct, deep HubSpot experience is required.

What is expected of you

  • Technical Execution & Object Mapping
    • Translate provided data models into HubSpot reality, setting up and maintaining complex object relationships (Standard and Custom Objects).
    • Configure precise association labels and cross-object mappings based on architectural designs.
    • Execute clean bulk data imports, ensuring exact mapping, deduplication, and data integrity from day one.
  • Workflow Construction & Auditing
    • Build out sophisticated, multi-branch workflows from provided logic maps and wireframes.
    • Rigorously test and audit newly built and existing workflows to ensure zero logic gaps or loop errors.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve automation errors quickly and efficiently.
  • Portal Maintenance
    • Serve as the primary "builder" and gatekeeper of the HubSpot portal, ensuring all builds adhere strictly to the designed data governance standards.

What you need to possess

  • HubSpot Power-User: 2+ years of hands-on experience building in HubSpot (Sales, Marketing, and Operations Hubs).
  • The "Translator" Skillset: Ability to look at a technical design, schema layout, or logic map and understand exactly how to build it in HubSpot.
  • True HubSpot Expertise: You understand HubSpot’s unique single-codebase architecture. You know its capabilities—and its limitations—and don't rely on Salesforce logic.
  • Obsessive Attention to Detail: You treat data importing and workflow building like code; a single misplaced trigger or misaligned field bothers you.
  • Certifications: HubSpot Platform Enterprise Architecture or Workflow certifications are a massive plus.

Salary: Up to Php 80,000 per month depending on skill/experience
