Full-Time Remote | U.S. Business Hours

Weโ€™re hiring a highly skilled HubSpot Expert to lead implementations, system optimization, automation, and CRM architecture across HubSpotโ€™s ecosystem for a fast-growing digital marketing agency.

This is not a basic CRM admin role.

Youโ€™ll work directly with clients to:

  • build scalable HubSpot systems,
  • optimize workflows and automations,
  • improve reporting and data structures,
  • and ensure businesses fully leverage HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, and Service operations.

  • Configure and optimize:
    • Sales Hub
    • Marketing Hub
    • Service Hub
  • Build scalable CRM structures and pipeline systems
  • Design workflows, automations, and lifecycle stages
  • Configure custom properties, deal stages, ticket pipelines, and reporting
  • Ensure systems are scalable, organized, and aligned with client goals

Automation & Workflow Development

  • Build and optimize:
    • automated workflows
    • lead routing systems
    • nurture sequences
    • pipeline automations
    • internal notification systems
  • Improve operational efficiency through automation
  • Troubleshoot workflow issues and optimize system logic
  • Reduce manual operational tasks through scalable HubSpot systems

Data Migration & System Optimization

  • Execute CRM migrations and imports
  • Handle:
    • data mapping
    • cleanup
    • validation
    • deduplication
  • Ensure data integrity and structured CRM organization
  • Optimize reporting structures and dashboard accuracy

Client Onboarding & Enablement

  • Lead onboarding and implementation calls with clients

Troubleshooting & Technical Support
