✍ Short Description:

We are looking for a part-time HubSpot Data Specialist to support day-to-day CRM operations, with a primary focus on keeping HubSpot data clean, accurate, and reliable. This role will maintain contacts, companies, deals, lifecycle stages, and pipeline data while supporting basic workflow, automation, reporting, and segmentation tasks. The position is highly hands-on and process-driven, requiring careful adherence to documented standards and sound judgment about when to escalate issues rather than make unapproved changes. The role may also support client-side CRM and email platforms such as SharpSpring as assigned.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Maintain HubSpot data hygiene by deduplicating contacts and companies, correcting lifecycle-stage inconsistencies, and keeping required fields populated.
• Support pipeline reporting by pulling accurate stage and status data directly from HubSpot.
• Assist with basic CRM workflow and automation maintenance, including lead routing rules and notification workflows, under direction.
• Support SharpSpring setup and maintenance tasks such as list segmentation, tagging, and basic workflow checks when assigned.
• Build and segment lists for email and CRM campaigns according to criteria provided by the strategy or account team.
• Identify and flag broken integrations, sync errors, data discrepancies, or ambiguous CRM configurations rather than making undocumented changes.
• Document recurring data-entry or process issues to help address problems at their source.
• Track time and tasks daily in Teamwork according to company standards.

💡 Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience working with HubSpot, including contacts, companies, deals, lifecycle stages, basic workflows, and pipeline data.
• Familiarity with a marketing CRM or email service provider such as SharpSpring, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact.
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain accurate CRM records and data.
• Comfortable following documented playbooks and established processes, particularly when performing structured data and maintenance tasks.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing lifecycle stages, including MQL, SQL, and Opportunity.
• Able to identify data discrepancies or system issues and escalate them rather than making unapproved changes.
