Job Title: HubSpot Administrator
Job Overview:
We are looking for a HubSpot Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our HubSpot platform. This role will ensure that HubSpot supports the needs of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams through effective CRM administration, automation, reporting, data management, and system integrations.
Job Responsibilites:
- Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM, including users, teams, permissions, properties, pipelines, and records.
- Build and maintain workflows, automations, sequences, lead routing, and lifecycle stages to improve business processes.
- Configure and optimize Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and/or Service Hub features based on business requirements.
- Maintain CRM data quality and integrity, including imports, deduplication, data cleanup, property management, and database organization.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales, marketing, customer service, and operational KPIs.
- Manage lead scoring, segmentation, lists, forms, campaigns, and attribution tracking where applicable.
- Support HubSpot integrations with third-party applications and troubleshoot synchronization or data issues.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into HubSpot solutions.
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide ongoing HubSpot support and training.
- Document CRM configurations, workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular system audits and identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and platform adoption.
- Stay updated on new HubSpot features and recommend enhancements that support business objectives.
Job Qualifications:
- 2–4+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration/configuration or CRM experience.
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM and preferably Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and/or Service Hub.
- Hands-on experience creating workflows, custom properties, pipelines, lists, reports, and dashboards.
- Experience with CRM data management, imports, data cleanup, deduplication, and database maintenance.
- Understanding of sales and marketing processes, including lead management, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and conversion tracking.
- Experience managing HubSpot users, teams, and permissions.
- Familiarity with HubSpot integrations, APIs, and third-party applications is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- HubSpot certifications are preferred but not required.
