Westview International Language School is seeking a passionate and innovative Hubs Coding & Robotics Teacher for the Academic Year 2026-2027. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire students in the fields of coding and robotics, fostering creativity, problem-solving skills, and technological literacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in coding and robotics that align with the curriculum and school objectives.
- Utilize hands-on learning and project-based approaches to encourage student participation and enthusiasm.
- Integrate current technologies and robotics platforms to enhance student learning experiences.
- Assess and monitor student progress, adapting instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
- Organize and supervise robotics clubs, competitions, and related extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects incorporating coding and robotics.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of advances in coding, robotics, and educational technology.
- Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment that nurtures curiosity and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education Technology, or a related field.
- Experience teaching coding, robotics, or related STEM subjects, preferably in an international school setting.
- Strong proficiency with robotics kits, coding languages, and educational technology tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students in STEM disciplines.
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative learning environment.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
