Job

• Updating System Records:Maintain and update system records with accuracy and completeness.

• Data Input Audit:Perform audits of data entries to ensure correctness and compliance with standards.

• Export Documentation Audit:Review all uploaded export documents to ensure compliance with declaration standards, verifying image quality and eliminating issues such as incomplete scans or missing files.

• Shipment Report Management:Follow and edit shipment reports, performing necessary data corrections to support billing adjustments.

• Quality Report Preparation:Prepare UPS quality reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications

• College education or above.

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in administrative work.

• Good knowledge of computer operations.

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
