About the Team
TikTok's Business Marketing Team works with brands of all sizes, empowering them to connect with their audiences by helping them create TikToks, not ads. This includes creative ideation, brand and events strategy, design & production of TikTok for Business, helping bring brands to life on our platform.
1. Strategy Development
- Devise B2B marketing communication strategy to inspire and influence Greater APAC (GAPAC) clients and partners, especially brands, media agencies, creative agencies, ecosystem partners, and industry associations
- Develop an region-wide multi-channel new client acquisition strategy, in collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders and external partners, such as: messaging platform, media agencies, vendors, etc.
2. Project Management and Optmization
- Drive end-to-end and execute integrated marketing campaigns across GAPAC including events, hew client acquisition scaled education, partner upskilling, email marketing, press releases, and more.
- Independently own and lead strategic projects that need cross-functional collaboration, including sales, product, finance, operation departments and more.
- Manage regular reporting on GAPAC business marketing initiatives and results, especially bi-annual planning, quarterly planning (OKR) and reporting (QBR).
- Budget management: allocate budget resources effectively to support business growth, oversee budget governance to ensure compliance, track and report budget utilization.
- Drill into the performance of marketing channels, especially events and new client acquisition to track and draw actionable insights and best practices.
- Partner closely with GAPAC markets nd Global teams to drive synergy, shareback best practices and adopt regional learnings to drive business alignment and uplift performance.
- Lead and manage team of Hub IMC team to scale best practices across the GAPAC markets.
