This is a regional leadership role. You will oversee General Hospitality Managers across the Houston, TX Market — setting the standard for member experience, property quality, housekeeping performance, and operational execution. You'll report directly to the Regional Field Director and serve as the connective layer between market-level operations and company leadership.
If you've led multi-unit hospitality operations, managed a team of property or hotel managers, or run a regional portfolio where you were accountable for both people and performance, you already know what this job feels like. The difference here is that you're building the playbook alongside your team — and you'll own outcomes, not just process.
This role is for someone who develops people while holding them accountable, makes decisions with incomplete information with the best customer experience in mind, and builds systems while using them.
Core business hours for this role are Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm. As a guest-facing position, additional availability is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. These needs may increase during peak periods, such as month-end and high-volume check-in times. Travel is required approximately 50% of the time.
