As a HUB Allowance Administrator with Canadian Natural, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll-related services while gaining hands-on exposure to complex HR systems and processes. Key Accountabilities:

  • Own the end-to-end administration of the HUB Allowance program in partnership with HR (Payroll), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a high standard of service delivery
  • Lead program oversight through proactive auditing and controls, maintaining full compliance with CRA regulatory requirements and continuously identifying opportunities to strengthen processes
  • Manage the full lifecycle of HUB applications—enrollment, changes, removals, and reconciliations—while investigating and resolving discrepancies with a high degree of precision and accountability
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, delivering timely, professional, and detail-oriented support on all HUB Allowance inquiries

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience supported by a High School Diploma or GED, with a demonstrated interest in payroll processes and administrative excellence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Service-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering a high-quality, professional employee experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to work efficiently with data and identify trends or discrepancies
  • Proven problem-solving ability, with a track record of identifying issues, navigating complexity, and prioritizing workloads to consistently meet tight deadlines
