HUALALAI VILLAS & HOMES PROPERTY SERVICES MANAGER

Hualālai Villas & Homes offers a residential experience that feels both private and fully supported. Homeowners and guests rely on the team to care for their homes and create a sense of ease, whether they are in residence or away.

As a Property Services Manager, you are part of that trust. You work closely with homeowners, supporting their homes and preferences while leading a team that ensures every detail is handled with care. The role is hands-on, relationship-driven, and requires a strong sense of ownership.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Oversee the day-to-day care and condition of residences, ensuring homes are consistently maintained and ready for use

• Lead and support a team of property services employees, providing direction, guidance, and ongoing development

• Build relationships with homeowners, understanding preferences and supporting their individual needs over time

• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and projects, working closely with vendors and internal teams to keep work moving forward

• Conduct walkthroughs, inspections, and arrival preparations to keep homes well cared for

• Respond to homeowner requests and questions, providing support with in-home systems and day-to-day needs

• Support scheduling and staffing to ensure consistent coverage across the operation

• Maintain clear records within the property management system

• Work closely with leadership across Hualalai Villas & Homes and the broader resort team

WHAT TO BRING

• Experience in property management, vacation rentals, or hospitality operations

• Previous experience leading and supporting a team

• A service-driven approach with strong judgment and problem-solving ability

• Comfort building relationships with homeowners, guests, and team members

• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Familiarity with computer systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools

• Adaptability and a willingness to take initiative

• Valid work authorization and ability to obtain a Hawai‘i Real Estate Sales License within one year
