Effectively develops, administrates and executes all go-to-market strategic plans for Disposable Tabletop solutions for all North American markets, channels and customers. Responsible for unlocking growth, creating value, increasing profitability and reducing inefficiencies. Accountable for collaboration between sales and internal cross-functional teams that focuses on growth in all Omni-channel markets and channels such as Mass Merchants, Food, Drug, C-Stores, Club, Regional Retailers, Foodservice, Educational, Institutional, and Government channels. Establish LifeMade as the #1 consumer choice for Sustainable Tabletop Solutions. Establish processes and tracking to meet/exceed all assigned channel/account/geography volume and profit targets. Represent the company with excellence in accordance with its policies in area of responsibility at all levels of our customers.
Primary Functions:
• Lead cross-functional team interactions and coordination with the sales team, to include administration of pricing, contracts, broker management, trade, P&L management; syndicated data, sales and replenishment analytics
• Accountable for collaboration between Sales and Marketing that focuses on growth in all omni-channel markets and channels, as well as deployment of new product innovation development pipeline
• Responsible for trade spend management, strategies, tracking, dashboard reporting and recommendations
• Key function responsible for customization of all marketing information for key accounts to deliver sales growth
• Responsible for managing syndicated data sources, identifying growth opportunity gaps and effectively creating sales stories to meet market and/or consumer needs gaps
• Responsible for management and deployment of New Product Development Activation funnel to sales growth
• Key contributor to strategic planning and development with VP of Sales and Customer Success
• Brand scope will be both national and private label brands
• Support Sales team to meet/exceed all assigned KPI’s, sales volume, profit targets and objectives
• Establish analytics, score carding and presentation of our results vs. our performance objectives
• Aligning execution plans to retailers’ key strategic initiatives
• Provide weekly analytics on KPI’s, score carding templates to determine if we are winning or losing
• Effectively utilize MEI/Epicor to monitor and control all merchandising fund tracking, allocation, and any reallocation with follow up business opportunity identification and plan recommendations. Track and resolve all sales-related customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor, analyze and issue reports on competitive activity and provide go-forward recommendations
• Monitor, analyze and issue reports on marketplace retail pricing and provide go-forward recommendations
• Research, advocate and recommend co-creation opportunities or specific items unique to channel needs
• Be alert to competitive products and merchandising practices, and to keep, management informed as appropriate.
• Submit any special reports regarding the operation of the channel, acceptance of products, or competitive conditions as may be requested, specifically Account POS information.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed. Maintains the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities

Education and Experience:
Education
BS/BA in Business or related subject or equivalent experience required
Experience/Knowledge
• Minimum of five years’ progressive consumer product goods customer development experience required
• FDM and CPG experience required
• Demonstrated trade and customer development experience managing multiple product categories and channels
• Must have demonstrated knowledge of product management, sales process, trade, category management and supplier / retailer management and methods as well as proven ability to apply them effectively in planning and execution
• Must have demonstrated success using multiple information sources to develop sales strategies and tactics as well as effectively managing promotional activity and trade spending.
• Syndicated data, sales planning and forecasting experience
• Microsoft Office Suite
TECHNICAL ROLE COMPETENCIES:
• Must show aptitude to effectively interpret and use multiple information sources to develop customer-specific tactical plans and options
• Must have demonstrated aptitude for data analysis and interpretation, including above-average Excel skills
• Must have experience in project/trade spending management; proven fiscal responsibility
• Well-developed organizational, communication and time management skills
• Ability to function in a team environment
• Must be self-motivated
• Excellent communication (verbal & written), presentations, and time management skills required
Preferred Experience/Qualifications:
• Ten years of progressive customer development / business development positions
• Five years of category management experience
• General Merchandise / Consumer Product Goods / Disposable Tabletop experience
• Experience with multiple top-tier CPG manufacturers / customers / categories / products / brands
• Private label and national brand experience
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
• Sitting at workstation approximately 85 percent of work time. Standing and walking approximately 15 percent of work time.
• Must be able to travel up to 25 percent of work time.
• Ability to work flexible hours or occasionally on weekends with short notice depending on customer deliverables
• Typical office environment with shelves overhead and above work surfaces.
