Job Description

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has an immediate opening for a XBN Coordinator in Decatur, IL. This is a 1st shift position and the pay is $25hr.

Overall Purpose

The central responsibility of the XBN Coordinator is to work with the XBN 3P to direct sample parts through the Sample Part Approval Process which is identified as (SPAP) from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Client relationship & Business development

  • Act as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria
  • This also comes with needing to be able to access the different systems used and the links can be stored together to make shortcuts to each one.

Operations

  • The XBN Coordinator will need to be able to work with people from across multiple departments and locations as well as using the available applications, systems, and processes to be able to keep up to date information for each of the sample parts going through the validation process.

Organization & Management

  • This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Technical

  • Microsoft Office Teams: Microsoft office applications will be used daily, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and voice calls through teams when needed.
  • WQS: This is the audit system and will be used to track the progress of parts. (Web Quality System)
  • BIMS: This is the inventory system that is currently used to make transfers, place, or remove holds, plus several additional actions that can be taken for a given part.
  • QSHOP: This is the system used to request Dimensional Inspections from the CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) teams.
  • Bar Code Tracker: This is the system used to assist tracking parts from one location to another.
  • ETQ: This is the main location that Grants access to the PPAP and Deviation forms.
  • Deviations: This is the application in ETQ that lets you sort through already created deviations and has the form for new deviations to be created.
  • Repack Power Log: This App lets you submit tickets for loads that will need repacked by the repack team.
  • SPAP Tracker: This is the overall tracker to see all the SPAP parts completed, in process and to be sent to W LOIN.
  • MTS Movement Tag System: This is the movement system within BIMS that creates a tag with a barcode and a description of the part information which will be placed on each load that will be able to be tracked with the bar code tracking system, These tags need to be update anytime the parts are sent.
