ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Constantly interacts and assists the Physical Therapy faculty, staff, students, and campus clinic patients pleasantly and efficiently, may have several project delated at one time. Complete any projects or tasks needed by faculty/staff and delegated by departmental Administrative Assistant (DAA). Filing – folders, journals, newsletters, etc. Mail – taking and retrieving mail from Post Office daily. Shredding, answering department phone and addressing questions. Process bulk mailings (labeling, stuffing envelopes, etc.) Scanning to Paper Vision (transcripts, student files, budget, etc.) Special Projects/Events – represent department and assist as needed Performs other duties as assigned by the Program Director and DAA.
