Summary:
The Assistant Director, Housing Support Services Program (HSSP) in partnership with the Senior Director and Director, will oversee HSSP for adults residing in both Scattered Site Housing & Project Based Housing. The HSSP is a specialized program that provides comprehensive and intensive field-based community mental health services designed to meet the unique needs of individuals in Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) who are formerly homeless and have a Severe Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The Assistant Director will monitor and support all administrative aspects of HSSP, funder expectations, contract goals and outcomes to ensure compliance. The Assistant Director will also oversee and support HSSP onboarding and training aspect of the program. The Assistant Director will provide administrative and clinical supervision if appropriate to staff, including Program Managers, Clinicians, and Clinical Interns. This position is responsible for maintaining the efficiency of operations while fostering teamwork among staff and across departments and programs.
