Are you looking to play a central role in coordinating and implementing HSSE requirements within an international organization? Join our Marine & Offshore Direction, based in Courbevoie (92), as an M&O HSSE Specialist.

As part of a committed and dynamic team, you will be the key coordinator for HSSE initiatives, ensuring compliance with external standards (ISO, IMO, IACS) and Bureau Veritas Group HSSE requirements.

Join a dynamic team: Reporting to the M&O HSSE Manager, you will join a team of experts dedicated to the continuous improvement of the HSSE management system. You will operate in an international environment, in constant interaction with HSSE managers and leaders across regions and areas, as well as with technical and operational teams across the global network.

Your role will be transversal and strategic: you will serve as the HSSE reference point for innovative projects and coordinate initiatives aimed at strengthening a culture of safety and environmental sustainability.

Your main responsibilities

As an M&O HSSE Specialist, you will be responsible for:

HSSE Coordination and Implementation

  • Lead and coordinate HSSE projects (awareness campaigns, training materials, safety alerts, environmental initiatives, etc.)
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HSSE management system

Regulatory and Documentation Compliance

  • Ensure monitoring of M&O procedure compliance with Group requirements and external standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IMO, IACS)
  • Update HSSE documentation on a regular and rigorous basis
  • Verify the compliance of practices with international standards

Data Management and Action Plans

  • Oversee quarterly collection of environmental data
  • Ensure monitoring of HSSE data and verify the consistency of information
  • Coordinate with local managers to guarantee the implementation and closure of action plans
  • Support and Audits
  • Conduct internal audits, safety walks, and site inspections
  • Support the network with appropriate HSSE tools and resources
  • Coordinate organizational changes related to HSSE matters

Analysis and Reporting

  • Conduct relevant analysis of collected data
  • Propose measures aimed at reducing risks and improving HSSE performance
  • Prepare HSSE reports for timely submission

Your strengths to succeed

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, sciences, maritime domain, or HSSE-related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in an international environment
  • Proven experience in the Marine & Offshore sector

Technical Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
  • Mastery of HSSE management systems and international regulations
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data
  • Proven project management skills
