About the role:
UGL are seeking an experienced HSE Administrator to join our CO2 team working on a major construction project. Commencing ASAP, you will be working a 2/2 roster at our Barrow Island Site. Point of hire is Perth, WA.
The successful candidate will provide essential admin support to the HSE team, maintaining safety documentation, incident registers, training records, and compliance files.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update HSE management system documentation, procedures, registers, and databases.
Manage incident, hazard, and near-miss records, ensuring timely data entry and follow-up actions.
Track corrective actions and ensure outstanding items are closed out within required timeframes.
Coordinate HSE training sessions, inductions, and competency assessments.
Maintain training matrices and ensure employee certifications remain current via MyPass Learning Management System.
Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly HSE performance reports (KPIs, incident statistics, audit results).
Assist with planning and scheduling internal audits, workplace inspections, and HSE meetings.
Provide administrative support for incident investigations (forms, statements, photos, logs).
Assist with management of contractors to ensure compliance documents are up to date.
Support HSE campaigns, toolbox talks, safety alerts, and awareness initiatives.
Assist the HSE team with administrative tasks as needed.
About you:
Previous experience working as a HSE Administrator.
Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Previous experience using MyPass.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and industry best practices
